20% cast time 20% skill recharge. There is no sundering for a staff. The fast recharge is standard for a staff and affects all spells, the cast time is an inscription and only affects the attribute of the staff. The Scar Eater green staff has those mods and +60hp, and is 2-4k depending on the selller.

I used the Wenslauss Faith for quite a while, a cool universal divine favor staff, now a days i use the droknars healing staff, better stats for healing prayers.

Or better yet, get a sword/axe/spear with +5 energy and +30 health. (Spear would be best me thinks, for getting rof off )
And a monk-type focus and/or shield.

If your hero uses no enchantments: Scar Eater (20/20, +60hp)
If your hero uses enchantments: Droknar's Healing Staff (20/20, +30hp, 20% enchantments)
I have both of the above staffs for my monk heroes and switch between the two depending on build, which is either a pure healing build or a healing + Aegis build.

alem's remedy is good (linked attribute really doesn't matter), and is pretty easy to come by.

Depending on the build Im running, healer, bonder, 55, Smite.
Listed by what I use mostly:
Droks healing Staff, I like 20% enchantment bonus and quick recharge
Hour Glass Staff, provides extra mana when needed and little req
Scar Eater H/H, used to be favorite, plus HP and recharge
Fiery Axe Of Enchating with Emobossed Shield Of Fortitude or -50 cesta. Replaced totum axe

Scar eater is an awesome healing staff. Kephets Refuge for protection.
Both are extremely cheap and easy to come by.
Alem's remedy is like.. 1k cheaper haha and the stats work for all types of casters but.. I just.. HATE the ugly skin.. cant stand it xD
Scar eater is the best imo, but i run hourglass cuz i dont like to buy greens for al my heroes.
